Gib Andosk is a Wordsmith dwarf born in Gemfeld, Nothern Bormar, he is presently the incumbent for the Consulate Office for Outpost and Public Affairs and Chief Seeker of the All-Gem.

Before Zietal Mar.

Gib Andosk's full name is Gibandro Azgandritch Holoscandria Morobn Ondig Himtroskap Rotsehk Gillih Kismarg Lohbrag Ram Latiez Ollobango Lich Tarrasque Snogard Apprandisque Amandisque Mickey Mouse Halbert Skalbert Windtrap Mindrich Bogglo Ombogambo Andosk. He was born in Northern Bormar's largest city, GemFeld; Son of Amig and Manda Andosk, Amig, his Father was nearly crowned a Lord in the First House, and was the Founder the LordForge Foundry.

Gib had 3 brothers, Arkypter Andosk, Kanu Andosk, and Talen Andosk. When a runaway foundry fire set the town alight, Amig, Manda, and over twenty thousand other Dwarves died. Following the fire, Arkypter, and Kanu immediately left, and Talen and Gib were left to execute Amig and Manda's wills, splitting the items and money of the 4 brothers between themselves, as such, both suddenly got access to considerable wealth. Gib elected to store his wealth (Roughly 257,000) in a Bormarian Bank and began his anthropology.

Gib spent 15 years touring Bormar as a anthropologist, collecting information on the Grol, Dwarves, Humans, and how they all lived together (almost) peacefully, in his desperate search for what makes these species different from the animals and trolls, Gib found a chief of a human tribe, Ando Smith whom he promptly married. Spending 4 years with his husband and the associative tribe, Ando was killed in a clan dispute, and the devastated Gib hiked on to continue his anthropological efforts elsewhere.

2 months after Ando's death, Gib approached entered Youghal, the town where Lord Voman Stoutheart was born and based. Here he discovered Zietal Mar's recruitment drive, and seeing the Outpost as a location to study isolated Dwarves, he boarded a boat and made the journey west.

In the Outpost

Gib's early days were spent by learning about the Outpost and surrounding regions, he temporarily took residence in the Upper Holding and joined the impromptu Wordsmiths guild lead by Ogrona Frontik in the Public Library where he began to write Gib's Bulletin.

Newspaper

Gib's Bulletin was the last major newspaper to be released in Zietal Mar, its 3-issue saga drew awareness to Gib and single-handedly secured all future careers and achievements Gib would hold while in the Outpost.

The Bulletin sparked controversy in its very first issue with the headliner 'MARSHAL KHESTOR - POWERFUL OR POWER HUNGRY?' This opinion piece served to cement Gib as a journalist, and was resolved in Issue Two. with 'MARSHAL KHESTOR - A GOOD MAN'.

Consul

Gib was asked by Khestor Thidirlun to be the Consul for Public Affairs, around this time he moved into the small Grange once occupied by Lokro Surjah, and renamed it 'Gib's Grange'.

Gib has been at the wheel of many initatives, of varying popularity, supporting work on Fort Thidir, to moving the grave of Grabhol Faulkrunn outside of the outpost, locating and uncovering the All-Gem and its chamber, and working with Khestor to fake the destruction of the All-Gem to ensure Lord Voman would be absent in the First House while presenting evidence to Voman's misgivings.

Gib has been the architect of many systems and areas, most recently, the Zietal Mar Public Bank, and the Government Wing in the Fort.

The Other Andosks

Shortly after taking over the Grange, Gib met up with his younger brother Talen Andosk who immediately moved into his house. Arkypter and Kanu Andosk both arrived later, but were never identified by Gib due to their sudden departure following the fire, when they were both below 25.

The All-Gem

After being introduced to the matter by Khestor Thidirlun, Gib dedicated himself to finding the All-Gem. On the 19th of April, 2021, Gib found the underground chamber of the All-Gem mere minutes before the Grol made landfall to discover it as well.

Two weeks later, the efforts to break in and get the All-Gem through the Grol Defenses were successful, and the All-Gem chamber was secured, before the puzzle was solved and the All-Gem was taken by Gib and placed into the Public Bank, before being moved to Project Entropy following one of Gib's many mental breakdowns.

With Khestor's help, Gib and Khestor created a forged All-Gem, and destroyed the fake in the public.

Khestor and Gib took the All-Gem and hid it on the Cuckoo for its departure, then Khestor told Gib that he left the All-Gem on the Island

Back in Bormar

Following the arrest and pending execution when returning to Bormar, Gib and Khestor continued growing close, with a serious discussion on marriage taking place. When they were released, Gib and Khestor remained unmarried, refused to attempt in the prosecution of the disgraced Lord Voman, and lived together in GemFeld working on philosophy and complex political discussions.

Gib restarted his newspaper, and it became the most popular in the town, questions about why Gib's Bulletin - Bormar Edition began at 'Issue 4' remained unanswered, and Gib died at 168, some decades after Khestor, writing 657 Issues of Gib's Bulletin, which was reformed into a think-piece and a collection of his life.
